Selection Process For Western Massachusetts Head Coaches
The head coach is selected on a rotating basis of league superbowl participants in that year. The rotation is as follows: Div III, (Intercounty) Div I, (AA) Div II A, (Suburban) Div lA, (AA) Div II, (Berkshires) Div lilA, (Tricounty). The head coach must have a minimum of three years experience as a head coach and if selected cannot return as a head coach within a three year period. Learn more.
